Tdap/Dtap vaccination

I'm a FTM(32+5) with a girl ❤️

My midwife asked me about the Tdap vaccination at my appointment this morning, and I told her I was still thinking about it.  I am neither 100% for OR against vaccinations.  I am asking for your knowledge regarding Tdap.

I have researched it and still am, but I see validity on both sides of the argument. I know I probably shouldn't base many things on my mom's experiences, but my mom never got any vaccines for any of her 8 pregnancies, and we all turned out perfectly healthy (she is, also, neither 100% for nor against vaccinations)

I feel like wherever I look where we search, all I'm going to get are biased answers backed up by biased research and reasoning.  I have plenty of biased and personal reasons why NOT to vaccinate (paralyzed my best friend for three days when she was two years old) and TO vaccinate.

What say you? I am searching for solid facts, not bias opinions.
