back pain
what do you guys do for back pain since I cant take meds because I'm 20 weeks pregnant. and I've had back pain for over 6 years and no doctor can figure out why and since I got pregnant my pain was at like a 5 now it's like 9 or 10 like I wanna go to the hospital I'm in so much pain. any advice on how to keep my pain down????
the only other things I've tried was heat and ice and it really bothers my back alot.......
