Depends if your still bleeding. Like i never had any bleeding after my son. Not even in the hospital. If you dont have any bleeding it could very well be an actual pregnancy.

I would say it's still hormones from the pregnancy you just had. I took a test about the same time after my first cause I thought I was pregnant again. But it was just hormones from my pregnancy

I think it’s leftover hormone. Call dr and gets 2 blood tests done. It’ll show if it’s going up or down. Also, wow! I didn’t quit bleeding til 7 week PP. I’d be shocked if you O’d at 14 days PP.
