11 month old wakes up constantly. Help!

My 11 month old use to wake up 2,3 times a night and that’s fine. Now he’s up 8,10 times a night. All he wants is for me to give him a bottle (formula fed) even though he ate an hour ago (there’s no way he’s hungry) so he can take a couple of drinks or he wants to be picked up.

Any advice? I don’t know what’s going on with him this week.
