Signs labor is near?

I’ve been having terrible period like cramps for 3 days and diarrhea (sorry TMI) for a week! When I had my son I got these symptoms like a week before I had him.. I’m only 33 weeks so I’m nervous this could be a sign labor is near. Any thoughts?

I've been having these symptoms and a lot more since I was 33 weeks, I'm now 38w6d. It's normal towards the end so I've been told 😊
