baby not drinking after fever !

My 11 month old spiked a fever Thursday night, highest it got was 101.9. Yesterday she went to the doctor and she said it was viral and to just let it pass. This morning she woke up perfectly happy & with a normal temperature. One problem...she’s not drinking. Literally pushing the bottle away, juice & formula. She had a little bit of baby food this morning but now she’s pushing that away too. She’ll eat puffs though. For the last week or so she’s been leaving an ounce or 2 left of her bottle but now she’s not drinking at all. She last peed around 1 today & last drank late last night. I’m so worried 🙁🙁 how long can she go without drinking?? The on call nurse said 12-24 hours but that scares me so bad.
