Can you be bleeding & cramping and NOT be having a miscarriage???

Or is the combo of those 2 things a pretty much definite miscarriage? My nurse said to call dr on Monday and only go to ER if the bleeding becomes severe like passing large clots or severe abdominal pain. Right now on a scale of 1-10 I’m bleeding a 5 and cramping a 5. So worried but dunno if it’s worth going to the ER and paying $300 to find out today vs Monday. Thoughts???? 😭😭😭

With my second I bled. I mean bled like rushed to the hospital soak thru pads clothes even soak through the seat 🤦🏾‍♀️ I swore my baby was gone and I cried. They did an ultrasound baby was still there but I was bleeding around the placenta. So they weren’t concerned but they said I could be having an early miscarriage and they couldn’t do anything. I went home was on bed rest literally didn’t do anything but shower and use the bathroom. Days later it started getting lighter and stopped. It happened twice in my first trimester with her and both times I had to rest and be in bed rest. My daughter is now almost 3 on the 28th of this month. I call her my fighting baby cuz she was guaranteed to die but she said hell no the devil is a lie and made it thru

I had it at 6weeks....currently 15 weeks pregnant now.

I didn't experience this myself but I've come across posts where people said they bleed and it's just hematoma or some minor issue with uterus. Bleeding and cramping is not always a sign of miscarriage. Sending your prayers 💙

I’m having the same issue-bright red blood with clots and lots of back and pelvic pains. I went to the ER last night and they diagnosed me with threatened miscarriage. I have a lot of fibroids and uterine tumors so this could very much be the reason as well. I really don’t feel as though I’m having a miscarriage. Please get lots of rest and keep your feet elevated with little to no activities. Praying that you have a healthy pregnancy and baby.
