2 year old with athletes foot?
What can I use to help it? Pretty sure she got it when we went to the indoor pool for swimming lessons they had her take off her swimming shoes 😩🤷🏻♀️ her feet and between her toes are red and she’s so itchy. I bought a cream for it but doesn’t seem to be helping much
