Hello ladies, I’m 12 weeks PP and every time I have sex with my SO I start spotting then it turns to actual bleeding (like a period) for a couple days...I’m not sure if it’s just a “period” or if there’s something wrong. This has happened a few times after sex. Sometimes it’ll be just spotting. But now it’s turning into bleeding that lasts a few days. I cramp and everything and sometimes get nauseous and lightheaded. I also got the Nexplanon put in a few weeks ago but this still happened PRIOR to the nexplanon and continues to happen. Any idea what it could be? It’s like a period except there’s no shedding or blood clots.. should I get checked?
