I don’t know if “hideout” is the right word for this, but I ordered this for my son before his little sister is born

We almost never spoil my son. The last time we did we were in Italy and his nonna, aunts, uncles, and cousins were doing all the spoiling.

He is very happy and well behaved toddler and we feel like we should make him something nice and comfortable before his little sister gets here. A little hideout he can call his own with new toys, a nice backrest pillow, a new soft rug, and books. A kind of escape from the new addition if he feel the need to be alone in a little safe nook. He knows something is going on and he’s the type of child that will go to his room and play alone when he feels overwhelmed and we want to make it as comfortable as possible for him. He’ll only be 18 months when his sister is born.
