I had a c-section 8 days ago and had just about stopped bleeding until today. Today I started taking fenugreek and blessed thistle supplements to increase my milk production and I noticed it said not to take it if pregnant because it can cause uterine contractions. I started having light cramps a few hours ago but nothing major at all and went I went to the bathroom this was what came out when I wiped. There was no blood in the toilet just this clot on the toilet paper. I just want to make sure a clot this big is normal because I’ve barely had any clotting or bleeding since my c-section.
