Just make sure you have shoes with a good grip so you don’t fall down.   A lot of women do Zumba while pregnant.    You may have to slow down or stop as you near the end of your pregnancy but as long as you feel fine doing it keep doing it

I did Zumba all the way until 36 weeks with my son. After that I just walked because I couldn’t take the pressure any more.

It should be fine, but I would run it by your doctor. They usually don't want you to get your heart rate above a certain point.
