To me it would be a bit like pronouncing Harry but without the H.
So Arr-ee-elle 
I'm not sure how you would drop the A to be Rel. 
I think you need Au to do that like Aurelle, but even then you'll have an Oh or Aw at the beginning.

It’s super pretty! As an Australian who speaks French I think in both dialects we’d say neither of these options... we’d say A (for Apple) (not A as in cAr)... so Ar-ee-elle... but I think if you are American then the R-E-L option makes more sense as Air would be more for the boys’ name with one L or the prounciation of the word Aerial, not the name.
