Any tips for first time Natural IUI?

Hello- will be embarking on a first IUI non medicated. If you have any tips eg. what time of day to do the OPKs, how many OPKs per day, etc. Could you please let me know?

We did our unmedicated IUI 2 weeks ago. We tested ovulation a few times a day. I did it in the morning, afternoon and night. The morning before we went I had. Negative and 6 hours later I tested agin and it was positive so we went into the clinic the next day! :)

Hi! I was told as long as you test 12 hours apart you are good bc whether you surge in the am or pm you still go to the clinic for iui next day. I tested in the afternoon if I was home just bc if I got the surge when the clinic was still open, I could make an earlier appt rather than just showing up.

Thanks Jessica! What time in the afternoon did you test every day? When you go into the clinic on the IUI day does your husband come along or do they keep a sample prior? Realistically if we were to get a positive at night we probably wouldn’t make it in until the next day PM...worried about the timing and chances on a natural IUI..
