Please Help!!

My 15 month old daughter has been a slow teether all her life.. lol her first couple of teeth came out together in like March of this year and this past week I've looked at her gums and it looks like every tooth she was missing is coming in at the same time! Now she has a cold. The fussy grumpy ness of my day is getting to be a lot. Any advice or help?

Also again how is it she's getting all her teeth at once! I'd be mad to. I've tried advil, teething toys, a cold cloth.
