I’m late by a lot but i’ve recently went to the hospital and gave a urine and blood sample that they tested. Could they of found out if i was pregnant without actually asking for a pregnancy test?

Depending on what you had to give a blood and urine sample for, most docs will automatically do a beta test for pregnancy on females that are in child bearing years

They can. Hcg levels in a blood test are more precise and can be lower than the detectable limits of a test. Good luck!
