Extreme neck pain! :(

I try my hardest not to symptom spot, but this is the weirdest possible symptom. I’m 7dpo and woke up with extreme neck pain, and I didn’t do anything yesterday to cause this. I have woken up a little stiff before, but this is extreme pain. All my other symptoms are regular, could-just-be-progesterone symptoms that I won’t mention. This is the only ailment that is completely out of the ordinary for me. Any other stiff necks out there that have led to a BFP???
