PPD 7 months later?

I’m just wondering if it’s possible to be going through postpartum depression 7 months after giving birth? I have been feeling sad lately. I’ve been feeling like a failure and like I’m not a good mother. Sometimes I feel frustrated when my 7.5 month old cries a lot. I feel like maybe I stressed out too much while being pregnant and that’s why she cries so much. Idk. Just need someone to talk to.

I think my doctor said you could get it up to a year or 18 months postpartum or something. Especially if you’re breastfeeding. I would talk with your doctor. They’ll be able to help you figure out if it is or not.

Definitely Possible. Talk to a psychologist. It really helps to give you a more positive outlook when you are suffering from those negative thoughts.
