Losing virginity

So I lost my virginity on the 16th. I’m 21 years old and we were very safe- used a condom but came inside me a bit but pulled out. I’m supposed to get my period next week but I have tender breasts and cramps. I’m really stressed and anxious that I’m pregnant to the point that that’s all I can think about. I usually get tender breasts a week before but never really cramps. I had a stomach ache a day later but now it’s only been four days. Any thoughts?
