I had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on Saturday. I cant help but feel like it didn't work. We only had 1 mature follicle as the medication I was given was a very low dose for our first but my husband has been told he has "super sperm". Just wondering if anyone knew right away they were pregnant or were you oblivious until you tested positive? I want to be excited and feel hopeful but I cant help but wonder if I should feel any different..
