thrush

I'm 12 weeks postpartum and I exclusively pump. Probably since the beginning of my pumping journey, I think I've had the signs of thrush, but I didn't know it that was a thing. I just thought my nipples would be sore, sensitive, and bright red, as long as I pump. But I just read something about thrush and maybe that's what I have, but I'm just not sure. What should I do? Should I get an appointment with my obgyn or my primary? How about my daughter? I don't notice any signs of her having it (white patches in her mouth) but idk if that's only because she doesn't have direct contact with my breasts. Other than the symptoms I've described above, I'm fine, I produce around 30 oz a day. What do I do? Help!
