Please help me!

I’m going to start this off by saying this post is about diet and weight loss, so please bear with me.

Before I got pregnant with my first, my body looked like this (picture below), I could eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and never exercised.

Eleven days after I had my first, this is what happened to my body. I bounced back fast, still ate whatever I wanted and never exercised.

When I had my second, my body bounced back just as fast, but I did have slightly more stretch marks. I was at 130 a few months after I had my second. Then, I started a new form of birth control (they’re pills) and it’s like my body just took a nose dive. I started gaining weight like crazy, and in just a few months (4 to be exact), I was at 160. Now, it’s been almost a year, I’m still at 160/165 and I’m having the HARDEST time losing the weight. I’ve tried Herbalife, detox, regular sugar free diet, doing 30 minutes of cardio a day, lifting weights and doing whatever exercises I could do at home. Nothing is working! This is my body now.

I am so uncomfortable in my skin. The weight is staying near my stomach and back area, although my arms and thighs are slightly bigger. I’m at a loss. I’m thinking of doing Keto, because I’ve heard amazing things, but I want to know if anyone else has tried it? What were your results? Does anybody else have advice? Exercises that target belly fat? A diet plan that worked for you? I’m willing to try anything at this point! The hardest part for me is restricting my diet. My husband is the unhealthiest person I know, and all he eats is junk and drinks soda, so the temptation is there and it’s hard to find recipes for meals that he will enjoy too (he won’t eat veggies)
