Clomid and PCOS

Hey all! So this weekend I started having horrendous pain like I’ve never had before. I have PCOS so I know what cysts feel like and it was way worse. I normally don’t go in because if you have cysts they literally can’t do anything but give you meds and to me that’s not worth the bill. It was so bad And different I went in and guess what?!? I’m growing a cyst and it’s complex and full of crap. It’s the biggest one I’ve ever had at 4.5 cm. So my question is; we started clomid this last cycle. Anyone have these problems After starting it? We are on the lowest dose and i had 2 follicles. How do I make the egg drop and prevent a cyst?!?
