Help!

Hey lovelies!

So, I have the Jaydess IUD (have had it since September 2017) and my period is a little over 40 days late, though I have taken pregnancy tests and they've come out negative (those were a few weeks ago).

Anyways, as of the day before yesterday, I've been spotting.

*TMI, idk, idc*

My boyfriend and I have really rough sex and I woke up a few hours after going to bed the other night after we had sex, to pee, and noticed pinkish-brownish discharge as if I was about to start my period.

I also had very mild cramping from our sex (this is normal for me).

I'm not super worried, but it's still going on and the spotting is quite a bit (it's brownish). Yesterday, I wrote it down as "heavy", today I wrote it down as "medium".

What could be causing it? Is it because of the sex, or?
