Is immigration relative Mollie Tibbetts murder?

So I am a Iowa native and recently the investigation of missing Iowa teen Mollie TIbbetts has caught we national news. For over a month they have been searching for her. Until today, there was still hope for her but someone has been charged in her murder.

This case has turned from a mysterious murder/missing person case to illegal immigrants in the US and committing crimes. Do you think poor immigration laws and border control is too blame? Or do you believe that evil is evil.
