Working mom guilt when baby is sick

I hate feeling guilting about calling out of work when my baby is sick. I feel bad but if I didn’t call out I would feel guilty about going to work. My son been sick with the hand, foot, mouth disease all week. He is 10 months old and it’s in the back of his throat and all over his mouth. I been calling out of work all week. So tomorrow I might go in because he is happier and is playing but not drinking yet just taking ice pops but he will be with his grandma tomorrow. I know he is in good hands and then I’m off Friday for a 3 day weekend. I just hate leaving him but feel like I should go in. I only work 8-330. Hope it goes fast. He also having my wet diapers today then yesterday. So far he has 3 and we’re only 1/2 way through the day. Yesterday he only had 4 all day. Anyone feel guilty about being a working mom when your kid is sick?
