Baby acne or?

First time mom here. I'm not sure if it's just baby acne or if I need to take him in. It gets really red sometimes. I've started putting aveeno baby soothing relief moisturizing cream on it. It's on his face by both temples, forehead, cheeks, neck and on his upper chest

You might try avoiding the cream and washing with a gentle cleansing soap like aquaphor once or twice a day. This happened to our son too, it can be hard for sweaty babies, but it goes away after a few weeks

Yes if you hand express some breast milk and apply it to the acne then it should help!!

If you are breastfeeding you can put some milk on it and that will clear it up as well.

My son had it really bad. We used Mustela cleansing water to clean his face and California baby calendula cream after each bath. His cleared up in less than a week.

Try 1 % hyrdrcortisone cream. You can buy it over the counter. My pedi told me to use it and literally clears overnight.

I say it’s baby acne but I’m no doctor lol. For my son I used to breastmilk or coconut oil and it seemed to help
