HELP! Pain after sex?!!

UPDATE: bleeding hours after!?

I got the Paragard early August and I didn’t have pain with sex before. If there was anything, it was like minor minor minor cramps that went away within less than an hour. But today I went to get my IUD strings trimmed and they also did a BV/yeast test, so I’m assuming that my cervix was slightly agitated. They also said I shouldn’t be concerned with pregnancy. But after sex the same day right now I’m having bad cramps off and off. However I had cramps earlier today and for several days in the morning actually (where I do need to go to the bathroom lol tmi). The last time I had sex on the 21st where he came inside, and before that was a week ago on the 14th and he did not ejaculate inside. So I am pretty positive it’s not pregnancy. Should I be concerned? What should I do? Just wait it out?
