Has anyone had reconstruction surgery due to a epididymis obstruction? My husband had a sports injury in high school where he had a bilateral hydrocele which left him with 0 sperm count. He just finished genetic testing and all is normal. So now we have to try to convince his insurance that this surgery is fixing side effects from a previous surgery, and not an "infertility treatment" so that they'll cover it . Has anyone had success from a surgery like this? They can't feel a specific blockage in either testical, which has me worried that there is scar tissue throughout the whole track.
