Really worried! Took NyQuil SEVERE cold and flu

So I’ve been really sick the last few days, doc said today I could take DayQuil and Nightquil and my husband picked up the “sever” kind. Turns out you’re not suppose to take the sever kind because of 1 ingredient, Phenylephrine HCI 5mg, it can slow baby’s heartbeat because it constricts blood vessels for congestion. I’m FREAKING out even though I only took one dose. Should I just not worry and head to bed or call the nurse to make sure everything is ok? Baby is still moving fine, 34+3.
