IUD removal cramping bleeding itching

I got my iud removed two days ago and they said i should have some light bleeding but nothing to fill a tampon or anything.

Well, I’ve been bleeding since that happened two days ago and it is enough to fill a pad or a light tampon I’m also having cramping. I just had a period two weeks ago so I don’t think it’s a period i mean it’s obviously from the removal but I’m just confused. Should I call and tell them I’m bleeding more than they said I would?

Also my vaginal area has been very sore and itchy ever since I got it removed and I don’t even understand why that would happen.
