New to charting... please help!

So, I'm new to this and not really sure how to read it. I did the charting course on ff but not sure I understand 100%. Can someone look at this and help? I have pcos and am super irregular. My opks we're negative so I'm not sure that I ovulated at all. But why did my temp dip and then rise so drastically?
