ladies who suffered a misscarriage

I had a misscarriage and had my levels tested july 30th and they were 1. I've been trying to concieve this month, but didn't track for ovulation, so I'm not sure when I ovulated or if I did. Ladies who did or know when they ovulated, I'd love to know when you ovulated after.
