I think it really comes down to your own insecurities. If I saw Joe Mangliano walking by you better believe I would be checking him out. Or Jason Mamoa? Forget about it!! It doesn’t mean he doesn’t love you. Now if it’s all the time and blatant then that’s a respect issue.

Hes not dead lol my husband looks at other women. Everyone, at least once in their life, looks and stares and think, “jesus christ he/she is bangin” wether or not their in a relationship.
