My 14 month old walked up to me and said poo poo, then proceeded to poo poo in her diaper! What other signs should I be looking for to know when she’s ready?

She absolutely could be ready. I was potty trained just before I was a year old based on readiness. Get her a potty and show her how to use it. She might potty train herself.
