Small tiny painful bump on side of cheek in front of ear

Hi ladies! This morning I woke up w a pain on the side of my

Cheek and I noticed it’s a very tiny hard painful bump when I touch it, it’s in front of my ear but mind you that it’s skin colored and you really can’t see it.. I’m not sick or anything I’m really fins and just worried will I be ok?.. no insurance..
