Copper IUD

Hi ladies , curious for those of you that have copper IUDs is it painful during sex or in certain position (specific positions ) ? I’ve heard it’s can feel like a stabbing sensation, I really want to get one but not sure if it’ll be worth it if the sex is not enjoyable?

Also considering Skyla ?
