I’ve been reading books with my seven month old since he was born. The best way is to lay on the ground with them and hold the book over their head. My little wants to chew on books and is very interested. He could read books for hours!

we sit in a chair and read. she's starting to get interested in the pictures and words on the page of board books. I also point to the words as I read, and interact with the pictures, like count the birds or frogs, make the animal sounds and point them out, things like that.  she also likes to eat them. lol 
she will only sit for about ten minutes or less and then want to do something else.

I read to her while she's drinking her bottle before bed. she has over 50 books but has a favorite one, so I've been reading the same book every night for the past four months. lol🤦🏻
