Question!

This mama needs some input!

So my twins are currently in the NICU and are about 6weeks old (born July 11th), they eat every 3 hours.

I pump every 2 hours and im wondering if i switch to every 3 hours to be on their schedule if that would hurt my supply.

I'm usually pumping every 2 hours (10-11 times a day) and getting around 1-2oz, however last night i went every 3 hours and noticed i produced more when i emptied every 3hrs rather than every 2.

So my question is, can i pump every 3hrs and be okay?
