Did you use baby oragel or are you going to use baby orajel? If so, which one & when did you use it?

My baby has two bottom teeth and seems like he is getting his two top teeth. He was fussy a lot when he got his bottom teeth in but nothing too bad. Now that he is getting his two top teeth in, it’s bad!!! He doesn’t have a fever so I don’t feel the need to give him baby Tylenol. I was shopping and came across baby orajel and just thought maybe this would help. So I’m wondering if anyone has used it or planning on using it? Did it help or make it worse? Is it good for them or bad for them? I need thoughts ladies!!! I’m just so confused and I want to help my baby feel better. I freeze his teething toys but nothing is helping. I had him chew on basically everything that he can, I washed my hands very good so he could suck and chew on them and even just got a soft washcloth, got it cold and rinsed it out (not all of it) but nothing seems to work, he chews on it for maybe 20 seconds the longest and starts fussing and putting his fingers in his mouth while crying. I’m out of ideas and I don’t want to use something if it won’t help or does more harm then good.
