Help! My 2 year old won’t sleep 😫

Ok Mamas, I’m at my wits end! My 28month son is having a terrible time staying asleep at night. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get him to go to bed too, but for the past 2 months he keeps waking up in the middle of the night and is wide awake. Sometimes takes 2 hrs to get him back to sleep!

We have tried: lavender oils, going to bed earlier and later, cut out his one nap (that was a disaster), putting him back in bed, laying with him, no tv, milk, melatonin...literally I don’t know what else to try!

We have always been very consistent with bedtime and routine so don’t tell me to try that 😜

PLEASE HELP! Between him and my 4 month old...there isn’t much sleep happening around here 😴
