How long should you wait to have sex on a new relationship

Guys so I just met this guy through tinder and I wasn’t planning for anything serious but apparently that’s what he wants. For the first week we were just talking but now 2 weeks later everything turn kind of sexual and I keep telling him that I don’t wanna have sex till I’m sure about him....

(I feel like having sex will make me feel like I have developed feelings and cloud me up a little)
