Loss of symptoms?

Hey guys 
Currently about 5 weeks today... for the past few days my nipples were really sore and I was nauseous but this morning I woke up feeling normal... no symptoms at all.... I’m worried ... has this happened to anyone else around this time?

It’s not a loss of symptoms it’s just your body adjusting to being pregnant. Not every women is snowed under by every Pregnancy symptom in the book every single day. 
A lot of women seem to think the second they are Pregnant they are going to feel awful and completely different it’s not the case. 
I have never experienced anything more than a few days with bouts of tiredness/feeling off and a sore back & pelvis as my Pregnancies have progressed.
