Kyleena

So I got my kyleena put in about the 2nd to last day of my period. I read it was immediately effective if put in the first 7 days of your period. I waited 24 hours before intercourse then had unprotected sex the next day, and the day after that. I took plan b the next morning just to be sure...so I guess what I’m asking is confirmation that the kyleena was immediately effective since I got it inserted while I was on my period? I thought better safe and sorry when I took plan B 🤷🏻‍♀️
