Hormonal Cystic Acne HELP!!!!!!

Hello everyone! I need your help!

I stopped taking my BC in February of 2017. It took about 4-5 months for me to realize that my skin was changing drastically. At first, my breakouts were mainly around my chin and jawline and seemed to get worse only around the time of AF. Then in the winter of last year everything changed. My whole face broke out in painful, puss filled cysts.

The first pictures shown are from this past spring when The cysts finally started to get better. I then gave in and went to the dermatologist. Of course, I couldn’t take the normal medicines they would usually prescribe because I am TTC. Long story short my prescription was going to cost me around 400 dollars and there was no guarantee that it would even work.

Since then, I have researched and tried many, many different products that haven’t done much. A lot of people have told me nothing will get rid of hormonal acne, and that I just have to wait it out. Right now I am using all natural products with the occasional exfoliating charcoal bar.

This system has given me the best results so far. (Picture #2 is from today) I really just want to know that I’m not alone in this and if anyone has any advice or products that have helped them I would really appreciate it!!! 😩 This has been the most frustrating past year coming from a long history of clear skin. I finally am not afraid to leave the house without makeup anymore though so that’s a plus :)
