My September baby became an August baby😍

Lynn

sorry in advance if this post is jumbled!

I was due September 4th scheduled to be induced September 9th. I went to my 37 week appointment (on friday) and I was dialated to 3cm so we went ahead and did a membrane sweep. I started cramping/contractions right after that and I was thinking that was it. from Friday to Monday I lost my muscus plug and ended up having my husband buy me a yoga ball to bounce on to try and get things going. I stopped having contractions Tuesday and was super uncomfortable πŸ˜‚. Wednesday night hubby and I ended up having sex πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I thought, maybe itll send me into labor so why not πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Thursday morning at 7am I had my first real contraction. I called my husband after the second contraction and told him to come home from work because I knew I was going into labor! we drove to the hospital and they checked me and I was still at 3cm. They told me to go walk around for an hour and come back. not even 20 mins I was in so much pain from contractions I went back to triage and they said I was at a 5! my blood pressure was high so they went ahead and admitted me. I was in so much pain I was screaming in triage. They finally got me into a room and the midwife wouldn't let me get an epidural until i was a little further along. they gave me stadol and it only helped for 30 min but allowed me to relax and get to an 8. They gave me the epidural ( which is honestly the best thing ever invented, I give props to women that can do all this naturally) about 30 mins later I was ready to push! I pushed for 2 hours and Miss Olivia Adrianna was born 😊😍😍. she came out with her umbilical cord around her neck and under her arm but is completely healthy!

weighing exactly 7lbs and exactly 19in she was born at 9:36pm on August 23, 2018πŸ˜πŸ’œπŸ’œ

Shes such a perfect baby we couldn't be more blessed πŸ’œπŸ˜
