What does this look like?

Does anyone get this? Extremely itchy and I get it on random parts of my body. This one started small then spread within two weeks. (already went to the doctor and they have no idea) just wondering if anyone has the same things and can help me with some remedies 😩

I get it turns out I have allergy to gluten buttttt I still eat the hell out of gluten 🤷‍♀️ those little arm bumps ain't keeping me from my junk food 😂
