Whipping

A guy I’ve met once before in passing whipped me on the upper thigh with his lanyard in public this morning. As a victim of sexual assault, I almost feel violated. I did not give him consent to use my body in such a playful, entertaining way in front of other people. I’m ashamed, humiliated, uncomfortable, and confused. I don’t know how to address this issue or to communicate how not okay that is. I’m still in shock at his brazen nature and how he joked of bdsm w my friends upon being asked about it
