Help me I am 8w3d with my second, my first is turning 1 in two days.....

I'm really going through waves of emotions tonight I'm so fucking scared about having two babies, can you guys please just give me some encouragement or tips on how I'm going to be able to do two babies?????????

I'm really really hoping that my partner and i's relationship is going to be OK ........ two babies will take everything from me and I don't know if I'll have anything left for my darling Jacky ... I love him so much with all of my heart but I don't ever want our love to fade 😭😭😭😭😭
