Another Ultrasound?

I had my 20 week anatomy scan last week, will there be another one? I’m not high risk or anything. I’m just curious on when they usually would do like a “last ultrasound”.

Usually no. Unless something happens that they feel they need to check the baby or your fluids I think they do an ultrasound

My doctor does the anatomy at 22 weeks and then another one around 34-36 to make sure everything looks good for a natural delivery.

Sometimes if you are measuring large they will do one closer to delivering to check on the weight of the baby
 I had one at 36 weeks. They are unreliable but were accurate for me. He was weighing in at around 7.7 pounds at 36 weeks. He came at 39 weeks weighing 9.9 pounds. So there is s possibility of another scan later on.

Where I’m from or at least with my doctor they only do 2 if your not high risk. Usually around 8-12 weeks to confirm and check how many and then @ 20 weeks for anatomy and making sure everything is growing properly.

My last doctor didn’t a scan and 20 weeks and no more. My current doctor does an additional scan at 36 weeks to check growth and see if baby is head down
